Put only one garment on each hanger. Don’t pile jackets, coats and shirts one on top of the other or you’ll find them crushed and wrinkled when you want to put them on.
Trousers: Use hangers with grippers to hang trousers with a crease from the bottom. Other types of trousers can be folded in half and hung over the proper type of hanger.
Shirts: Pile shirts alternately, each perpendicular to the ones above and below it, so the collars won’t be squashed. Women’s blouses should always be hung up.
Coats and sweaters: Freshen them up without having to wash them by running the Vaporella over them while they’re hanging up.
Never hang up silk or rayon knits.
The heavier the garment, the more help it will need to keep its shape. Pad shoulders with tissue paper or newspaper.
