Delivery Policy

Polti UK use Business Post for the majority of our deliveries throughout the UK.
We do not charge for delivery of our products for orders over £ 50,00 and deliver to anywhere within the UK, including Northern Ireland.

For orders below £ 50.00, delivery charges are determined by the weight of items ordered:

0 - 5kg	£5.80 + VAT
5kg - 30kg	£11.50 + VAT
30kg+	£23.00 + VAT

 
These charges apply to both products and accessories
Please note shipping costs include home delivery charge, packaging and administration fee.

Most orders received Monday to Friday by the internet or phone before 2.00pm will be dispatched for delivery the following day. Occasionally during busy periods it may take an extra day to be despatched.
If any item is out of stock, it will be despatched as soon as the item is received by Polti UK. If any item you order is not in stock, or a delay is expected, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
In addition to the normal next day delivery we can offer timed deliveries so that you can receive your order either before 9.00am, 10.30am or noon.
If you miss your delivery a card will be left and then you can arrange for re-delivery or to pick up your delivery at your local Business Post depot.
When your goods are despatched an email will be forwarded to you advising you of the tracking number and where you can track your parcel.
