Since the eighties professional ironing has come into millions of homes thanks to the invention of the Polti Vaporella. The secret behind the Vaporella lies in the quality of the steam: a constant jet of steam under high power which permits perfect ironing of even the most delicate garments in a single pass. Vaporella steam is very fine and under high pressure: not too dry or too wet. It penetrates fibres to iron multiple layers of fabric at the same time. And it never leaves fabric damp or dried out. When you iron with Vaporella, you iron with pressure and not with damp as in a conventional iron. The higher steam pressure of the Vaporella iron is created by the holes concentrated at the tip of the plate, which focus the jet of steam and make it more powerful. This ensures that the part where the holes are straightens out wrinkles with an injection of steam, while the rest of the plate makes its effect permanent.
